These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Revolvermobile game (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

Age Requirement

Because the App contains fictional gambling-themed content, it is intended only for users aged 18 and over. No game in the App is real-money gambling and nothing in the App pays out real money.

Your Account

• You sign in with your Google or Apple account; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Your account is personal to you; it may not be sold, rented or transferred to anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.

Virtual Items

All virtual values — including in-game money, items, men, levels and awards — have no real-world monetary value; they cannot be converted into real money, are non-refundable and may not be traded outside the game.

Revolver is a seasonal game: at the end of every season the game world — including money, inventory and progress — resets by design (permanent season awards stay on your profile). Season resets do not give rise to any claim for compensation.

Rules of Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating software, bots, automation tools or abuse of game bugs and exploits,
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage,
• Insults, harassment, hate speech, spam or illegal content in chat,
• Buying or selling accounts or in-game values for real money,
• Any interference that harms our servers, the operation of the service or other players' experience.

Violations and Enforcement

If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to take any measure we consider appropriate, including warnings, removal of in-game values, temporary or permanent bans, or deletion of your account. For serious violations these measures may be applied without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content belonging to the App — including its name, logo, artwork, texts, game design and software — is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Provision of the Service

The App is provided "as is". We reserve the right to perform maintenance, release updates, rebalance the game (e.g. adjusting reward and price tables), add or remove features, or discontinue the service entirely. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for loss of data, loss of progress or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the App; continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
